今回は可児市外の⽅の参加も20％弱あり、テーマによるのかとも思いました。
健康⾷品や、サプリメントを使っておられる⽅も多いようで、今後は成分を調べるとかして、全部を信⽤しないようにするなどとの感想がありました。また、国⽴健康栄養研究所のサイトも紹介され、今後は正しい情報を⾃分で調べることも必要なども隠されました。
